When you request a workflow review, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, practice name, role, number of locations, state, EHR and a description of your workflow. This website is not designed to collect protected health information (PHI), and we ask you not to submit any.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request and schedule your review
- To prepare for the review and send you a proposal if you ask for one
- To keep a record of our communication with you
We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on this website.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host this website, deliver form submissions and schedule calls. They process your information only to provide those services to us.
Patient data in client projects
PHI we handle while building software for a practice is governed by the Business Associate Agreement we sign with that practice, not by this website policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by contacting us through this website.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
